Dubious consent should be it, but I wouldn't include blackmail or hypno. It would be situations like reluctant prostitution out of financial desperation, or casting-couch type arrangements. The type of thing where the person doesn't want to do it, but they do it anyway for some other reason. Usually money, favors, access etc. Mind-control and blackmail are subsets of non-con and already have tags. The type of act of act doesn't matter, if it's sexual and the person is forced / coerced to do it or in a mental state where they can't give consent, it's non-con.
