Not exactly game updates, but if a dev/circle has a new game, and a new game thread has been made, I want to get a notification or know without searching it on the website. Or set like 5-6 tags and get a notification if something new with those tags has been posted. Is there any tool for that?

Not on F95, to my knowledge. But plenty of us have free tiers on patreon/substar or a discord server where such a thing would be announced. For JP games, there might be something on DLsite?
I actually didn't know that patreon had a free tier, that is definitely useful. DLsite also has a follow option, but a good chunk of games aren't visible outside of japan (even ones without loli and shota like Celesphonia). Plus while that helps me keep track of the devs that I know are good, it doesn't help me find new stuff.
