As title, I do utilize the Bookmark and Watch feature but Bookmarking doesn't actually send notifications and Watch sends notifications of replies and ratings of the thread. What I'm looking for is a notifications for only when the original first thread is updated/edited, if this isn't a thing already I'll post about it in Feature Requests.
Is there a way to only subscribe to main thread update?

You can't get a notification for a change to the opening post of a thread, only watch the latest updates page to see if it appears (if the change is a game update). I think I've seen a feature request rejected already, but can't find it now.
