Is there a way to receive a notification ONLY when a game is updated?

I was hoping that by watching a thread I would accomplish this. Instead, watching a thread means I get notified for seemingly everything but this, a review, a rated, an added tag, hell even a comment, but not for an actual update to the game. I am watching 4 pages of games, and that's a lot to check every couple of weeks one by one.

Also, forgive me ahead of time if this was asked prior, I know how tedious repeat questions are. I did search just to check but I didn't receive any results.

It's already a planned feature. Unfortunately, it would be difficult to implement and is a low priority.
