Is there an application that allows you to resize unresizable windows?

I've noticed that a lot of games on this site have really small windows when opened and give you no option to resize. I'm not all that computer savvy so can someone tell me how others on this site deal with this? Is there any application that can resize these windows? I'd be very grateful for any help!

Tried D3D windower for non-RPG Maker games? (Please make sure you use virustotal just in case.)

For RPG Maker games, F4 (newer ones) or Alt+Enter (older ones) should do the trick for fullscreen.
D3Dwindower if I recall correctly gives you a complete resize hook so adjust as needed.

There is also a handy thing called "Resize Enable". I forget where I found it, but it was pretty easy to find and install.
