Is there an rpgm studio?

The studio is called rpg maker (2000/XP/VX/VX Ace/MV)
You can't just open a game in it though, since they've been compiled and encrypted. Maybe it's possible after decrypting them, not sure.
But if it's just for looking at images you don't need the studio anyways, since decrypting the game also makes the images accessible.
