Hi, i have a question. Is there any prohibited content? Or there is no limits in creating games?

What if i will do the game about raping, drugging and rough sex with beating or something? Is this game going to be banned and police officers will take me to the jail?

Both parties need to sign and file a contract with the proper authorities before engaging in the act of coitus. This also applies to fictional characters.

It depends on the way you want to publish your game and the country you live in.

Anything that looks like a child is banned in most Western countries.
Incest is a problem, if you want to use Patreon.
Violence is usually ok, although it could also become a problem in a few countries.

Non-Censensual sex, like rape, drugging, mindcontrol etc. is also forbidden by patreon guidelines.

You can post anything except for underage content here. However you can't fund incest rape bestiality mind control etc etc etc through popular methods like Patreon. So if you wanna make money, no you can't, but so long as your game is completely fictional and doesn't use copywritten materials you'll be fine.

In this case how games like "Dreams of Desire", "Lust and Power" making money on Patreon?
And what may be the worst consequenses of making games with this content? Banned selling page in theinternet of some countries?

They haven't been caught yet. The guidelines were updated in october and it's taking them a long time to get through all the violative content. The pages will be warned, forced to remove violative content from their page and later shut down if they don't comply. You won't be arrested but you won't be allowed to profit from your project on their platform.

Dating my Daughter and Big Brother are among the projects completely shut down due to the new guidelines. It's only a matter of time until they hit Dreams of Desire.

It all comes down to local laws and regulations, as well as website rules, as well as international laws and regulations, as well as how you want to be remembered, as well as how far you take a theme, as well as lots of other stuff...

Sites like Patreon as well as other patron based crowd sourcing sites, usually have rules against Incest, Rape, Bestiality, and many other extreme fetishes regardless if they are fictitious, drawn, or consist of computerized art... Some countries have even stricter laws then others regarding the same things... And most countries, states, and/or local principalities have laws against ********** (which includes sexual fiction/depictions of characters under the age of 18, which includes just witnessing a sexual act) of any format, regardless if you are the creator or just have them...

Just use some common sense and do some research...

Oh cool, you can post anything except the lolicon shit everyone posts lol
Lolicon and 3D underage are seen as very different by the courts. As a result lolicon gets through the filters more often. You'll find that underage 3D characters are far more rare.

Depending on country/state... Different laws for different locations... In the U.K. and a couple other European countries, neither one is considered lawful...

It's not considered lawful here in the US either, but from what I've read they've decided its unconstitutional to bar it on the grounds of free speech. Some states have stricter laws, and the federal laws are very murky, but that's the deal. I'd imagine other countries are having similar problems if you look at specific cases, but I haven't researched them because they don't concern me.

As an example, in the U.K. shortly after the laws regarding age requirements for the looks of characters in adult/erotic/sex based fiction... Some guy was prosecuted and convicted for having over 500 manga comics depicting characters that looked under the age of 18... They don't play games with that sort of stuff, in some countries...

Here in the US, there is the right to free speech causing issues with creating certain laws just the right way to cover stuff like that... But it's still possible to get in trouble with the law, depending on how the local laws are interpreted in local courts... Plus, nothing is stopping you from getting put on the sex offenders registry for stuff like that ( )...

In any case, to the original poster, I recommend highly to avoid it...

Posting things here have to follow rules no matter where you're from.
For loli/shota we have a pretty clear rule:
If a game contains sexual contact with realistic or semi-realistic character(s) who show no sign of puberty (ie prepubescent) then the game should not be shared. Basically, if it looks like a real kid don't post it. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member

As far as i understand, their judgement depends only on the page itself? Or they downloading and playing the game? In the first case i can just not mention the "bad content" in the description, right?

There are always white knights who will report your content. At that point they'll ask for a copy of the script, or so that's the idea I've been given. I have argued for a while that it's unlikely that they're playing the games, as that's hours of pay and companies are generally cheap. However, games like DmD had removed the content from their game at first glance, but left it hidden inside and then been taken down for good. So you could try it, but you will eventually be caught.
