This depends if you want an actual story with plot and character growth. If this is the case then I would likely recommend Kingdom of Deception and Noxian Nights by Hreinn Games. If you're looking for more of a game interweaves sex and story I would recommend Summertime Saga or something similar to that effect. There is also Something Unlimited but that seems to focus more on interpersonal stories at the moment rather than an grand overarching plot. If none of these sound up you're alley you can always use a tag search to find something along the lines of what you're looking for as far as things like that go.
