I have a doujin I want to download to translate, but its only in the DLsite exclusive viewer. Obviously I could just take screenshots but that would butcher the image quality so its not optimal. There's also this thread which asks the same question but specifically for a video, and there hasn't seemed to be any good answer to it. If anyone could help me out with this I'd greatly appreciate it.
Is there any way to directly download manga/comics from the DLsite exclusive image viewer?

This isn't what I'm looking for, I want to be able to directly download each image as a file format onto my pc so I can edit and translate them. This only allows you view them in a specific window viewer.

I'm not sure if there is an option for that. Best you can do is to right click the preview image and open image in new tab and download them from there
If image quality is a concern, I think there are some open source tools like
