i think it's a game because of the camera moving around like it's mouse controlled

there also seems to be more videos with different characters

Seems like an SFM animation to me. The soft-body deform and physics are too consistent for real-time simulation. They're possible in a game, technically speaking, but unlikely especially for some relatively unknown game.

i found out what it was by reverse image searching and funnily enough its honey select 1
