My recommendation is that you look for how to use the tricks that the game itself has and take advantage of them to get through the most difficult parts. That's what I did when I played it.
ps: I don't remember how it was to use the cheats, I haven't played for months.

It is probably a problem on my end, but the game gets laggy really quickly when a lot of mobs appear. Like lagging to the point of unplayable. Stuffs like opening chest runs fine. I wonder why and if there is a fix.

Replace \ISEKAI FRONTLINE_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_api64.dll with the V1.3.2 version of steam_api64.dll, and you can play
