Issue with Daz3D rendering image.

This is the viewport IRAY image which shows the outfits to be perfect.




When I render the image the outfits break up everytime, shown in the Render preview window image as it's being fully rendered to 4K.




Any idea why?

Daz can do weird shit with clothes meshes. Probably the way you fix that is you go into the Parameters menu for the clothing item and make sure smoothing AND interactive updates are turned on.
