Nah, but for realsies, I played the first trilogy of the attorney games, so I kind of know how they work, I'm not an expert though haha.
What I thought, is that, whenever there would be flashbacks, it would be more oriented to sexy things, maybe a sex scene with another person we haven't seen yet, being described by someone you're interrogating, and in place of the crimes, it would be more of a question to find out who did what to who, and what happened at a set moment. You could investigate for someone that thinks her wife is cheating with someone else, or you could find out about why a group of people are acting super weird and horny, finally discovering that they are part of a harem or something similar.
Throughout the investigation, there would be some treats to keep you going, special interactions with certain characters. And during the actual trial, you would need to make people horny or satisfied to pump out info from them, you could also use items and info that you found during the investigation to help you with that. When you crack the case, you get a big 'ol reward with certain characters, depending on the case. I'm not 100% certain it could work, but I think that if the concept is worked on enough, it could maybe work, maybe not at all. Anyway, it just sounds like fun xD
