Italian website selling porn games and claiming to own the copyright for them

I found another famous site in Italy that sells games:

Why you guys talk if you don't know things? I bought a game some days ago and they still keep credits as they are. They just add "tradotto da Giochi premium" without changing or removing any Patreon link.

I'm not sure the same thing does this guy:

I've bought a membership some months ago, for 15€ they allows you to download a lot of adult games. I remember that they keep the Patreon botton, but I can't tell you if they don't change the creator's link replacing it with theirs:

Hentai-Archive removed the games they had translated a few months ago.
They don't even have a game anymore.
Also, they didn't sell games individually.


Currently only gamepremium.com sells video games individually.

I'm italian and I just stumbled in this forum thread; at first i didn't want to make this post but in the end i decided to do it, i just wanted to say that i'm ashamed of this guy who is stealing other people works and not only that: he also sells subscription like he owns the games! Luckily i found this scam website only recently, a friend of mine was thinking of doing the Elite subscription or whatever it's called. Obviously i stopped him and i sent him the link to F95Zone (eheh)

This is for my fellow italian people:
Voi che rubate e rivendete il lavoro di altre persone in cui sono state spese ore e ore di tempo facendo vagonate di soldi, fate ridere. Siete dei falliti parassiti. E due schiaffi in faccia non ve li toglie nessuno, pagliacci. Scusate lo sfogo.

e perché ti scusi? sono vigliacchi e ladroni che sfruttano il lavoro degli artisti che creano queste novelle e giochi. Il problema è che anche qui, nonostante il fatto che c'è un beneficio secondario nella publicità, molti prendono il contenuto senza contribuiere agli artisti, chi senza risorse abbandano le loro creazioni e non possono combattere questi pirati ... anche io mi vergogno di questi connazionali.

The site that sells video games is registered to the company ONLAB srl (almost equivalent Ltd).

In the disclaimer PRIVACY POLICY (

) are declared the generalities of the company that conserve the data of the customers that is numbers of Credit Card and relative nominatives.

By law of the European Union and Italian law is a criminal offense to enter false information of the company that keeps the sensitive data of customers. This means that you can bring a class action lawsuit for fraud.
I advise developers to get organized and agree to join in a collective action and contact a single law firm. The legal action is both legitimate to protect intellectual property, but is enhanced by credit card transactions.

Finally I suggest to buy a game to receive the invoice (official document with the data of the company that made the sale). If the company data were false, the bank transaction data will certainly not be, so the lawyers will be able to ask the bank to access the name that received the money. When there are credit cards involved, the judiciary takes care of it.

I would also add that the same company owns the site Leitaliane which could hide behind the facade of a dating site, an online prostitution ring (

). Developers that if you get organized and form a class action, I am sure you will solve the problem.

Just a heads up: this website is still active and has a bunch of recognizable games on it. They've renamed them, so you'll have to look for the preview images to see if yours happens to be on there. I saw fairly recognizable games like BaDIK and WVM on there, plus dozens of others.
