The heroine's name is AI, she's a shortstack with a phat ass, the title probably includes the word 'love' somewhere, it's about her becoming a magical girl, I think?

I've got a screenshot that I happened to find on my drive, but I don't remember the name of the actual game at all.

Any takers?

Its called Ai, the Demon, and the Curse of Lust, Ai to Akuma to Inyoku no Noroi
you might not be able to find it here but there is an eng version out there
