Just play it for 5min or so

At the moment, there's no sex. So the most you can get is tits rubbing.
There's a shop where you can buy things, put it only offer energy drinks as far I could tell. You can customize you hair, eye, and you clothing (only 6 clothing you can equip ). Other than that there's different option of how to "entertain" your viewer and get followers. Well considering its been a year, the dev probably abandoned this project.
