Identify Japanese game about a guild bar or something.

I don't remember much but the game is about a girl in a guild that you can send to do a request.
And if I remember correctly you also play as a guy that is a blacksmith.
The setting is a guild or a bar. You play as a backsmith. You can make armor for her I guess. You send a girl to do quest. Probably 2D and probably not RPGMAKER (maybe wrong). That is all I can remember (I'm not even sure about my memory).
