I've been looking for some good japanese games with female protagonist with decent art style. the problem is many of them tend to be fantasy games. I'm specifically looking for japanese games with a female protagonist in a modern setting. It can be of any genre. Prostitution, exhibitionism, dating, etc.

Maybe Liz and the Grimoire could work out for you? It does have monsters, but they are not really a part of the actual game play. It's also not set in a modern era.
There is also Alansyia Chronicles, which I personally didn't like too much - but many liked it. It is set in a modern era and has the stuff you ask for. Try it out.
