Identify Japanese locale breeding tactics game.

I found a game on here a long while back in which your generic anime boy was supposed to romance and breed your classmates so they can birth soldiers to fight other classes and rival schools. It was on f95 rather than something like dlsite, and it was japanese locale only. Last time I played it I didn't know how japanese locale worked, but I do now, so I'd like to try and play it again.
