Game story was that main heroine was isekaied to fantasty world, and you (as a player sitting in front of pc) could somehow manipulate her movements, which she was conscious of. She spoke directly to player asking for help in returning to her world. You could do this and if you did virgin run in the end there was a scene where she comes to "thank you", but obviously there was also an option to whore her to villagers etc. It was made on rpgm or wolf engine, probably XV ace but I'm not sure.
