It's a very low income, after Patreon fees, production costs and Italian taxes he gets an amount you cannot live with in Italy. He could easily make 3x with his skills and the quality of dialogues. He's not able to focus on priorities, that's clear.

It's a pleasure to present to you the Spanish translation patch for the latest version of the game, after a long effort to ensure that every dialogue, every scene, and every emotion feels right in our language.
Many thanks to StoperArt, the amazing creator of this game, for continuing to offer us a high-quality game with a great story.
To all Jessica fans, I hope this translation allows you to enjoy her story even more and everything that's to come.
As always, download the file, extract it to the root of the game, and overwrite all files when prompted.

His main job is not making AVN. That’s just a bonus. So now try to imagine how could it be earning 1.8k on a monthly basis by:
- doing nothing but 1 update each year
- posting once a month on patreon talking about god knows what
- sharing with patreons images not related to the game but to other jobs and such
Trust me he’s very focused on his priorities and this game is one of the last in his list.

What's his main job? Do you have any proof? The fact that he could have other paid jobs as free lance does not dismiss the fact he's wasting time releasing extra stuff on Patreon that is not related to JOHN. He still could use his time to improve his Patreon income but he's simply not able to focus on his main project. The time he spent for Lara Croft and other renderings, that gain him no income at all, should have better spent on JOHN, the project that gets him a low but steady income and that, with a better project management, could make him a living wage.
He's not sharing images related to other jobs, the only other commissioned jobs he shared are single images like book covers that probably don't even pay him the minimum wage. He's simply a creative guy, like many others, that has excellent artistic skills but struggles to have a work discipline and stick to a daily routine. Working alone does not help.

At the beginning he also worked on multiple projects. Now he barely work on this one. But if the patrons are happy... or forgetful, good for him
The thing is this is something that his patrons should be telling him on his patreon. Untill they don't object their own milking, why would Dev change. As I see it, it's free money from his Simps.
This kinda behaviour is disgusting but hustle non the less.
