looking for a game that had a theme like the SAW movies lol male MC wakes up in a room and they have to get it on, to get out. saw it a few days ago thought i grabbed it, but didnt and i cant find it >.<

nope thanks for the try though! It has a anime style, male mc and multiple females. pretty sure it was animated but i havent played it so not 100%
