Overview:

Well... Im curious about the story behind this pic

Beacuse the same girl is shown sucking what looks like mc cock on the itch page (the guy shes sucking off seems to wear a blue hoodie just like the one mc also wear but Im not sure about that), also I was confused beacuse the other game exist and uses the same characters but it seems like the dev decided to totally scrap that one to make this one instead and Im really close to throwing this on the ignore list.

It's kinda of confusing, but their old game has been reshaped into this one. Same premisse, characters, sprites, etc but with a different style of gameplay. Fair enough, we do tend to forget that a lot of games under development can have drastic design changes early on. If it were 2 different game projects running at the same time tough, then yeah that's usually a huge red flag.
