Seeking Job simulator games

Hello,

I'm looking for job simulator games where your work involves interacting with multiple people: Barman, shopkeeper, cashier, whatever...Working that job is part of the gameplay not just part of the narrative and you get H scenes with the customers as a reward if you do well. I am not looking for life sims or military management, ideally the gameplay is mostly just the job + maybe an upgrade or trading system. I am ok with any artstyle unless it's too cartoonish or too dark/weird.
