Ok I know joiplay can be used to play rpgmaker games and renplay but is there an app which can be used to play unity and visual novel games

I believe Unity engine natively offers gamepad support, there is no need for third-party solutions. The problem is that devs should make use of it, if they don't then gamepads can't be properly used.

Mayb u didnt download rpgm plugins from playstore.U have to dload both renpy and rpgm plugins for joiplay separately as well to work
