Not to my knowledge, and I doubt there is one out there You can try out ExaGear, which is a Windows Emulator for Android. It's used a lot in the VN android community, but it's pretty annoying to work with and I'm not sure how it(or even if it can) run Unity games. Especially if they are 3D.
