If you have an MTL plugin, you got BepInEx already. just extract it to BepInEx\plugins folder.
You maybe don't have a BepInEx. download
run game once. the BepInEx\plugins folder will be created. if don't created, move game folder to another place.

Doesn't seem like there's really any gameplay-related bugs after playing for an hour or so. Though, I haven't tried using conversation to get the other endings, just collecting sex scenes.
how do you adjust the translations from MTL to something more readable trying to learn to do it myself

Thanks for letting me know. Conversations matter to me though, as I use a translation app to know what they're saying, and I just read that there are typos there. I think I'll wait for an update.

This post shows installation of BepInEx and plugin(cheats) on another game.
Its not working.
I download BepInEx_NetLauncher_6.0.0-pre.1 - no results. Download BepInEx_x64_5.4.21.0 - no results.
This is not working, and BepInEx\config\AutoTranslatorConfig.ini in your and other archives, don`t have this config file.

sometimes i wish that he would ask the community for their opinion first, because imho this change is a really bad one. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Especially since he still kept the ability to manually progress through the ejaculation scenes.
