I will never understand why so many people abandon great projects like these. If you show a little passion and progress in the game, I'm sure fans will flock to you. Eventure Games has a great idea here and they just waste it. And of course I recognize that I clearly don't know everything that's going on behind the scenes, but in this current state of distrust in devs, all I ask for is a little bit more to give me a reason to support you.

AI games stuck, most of these doujin games from the east are just the same old thing, and a lot of western games can't create appealing artwork for shit! If you, a western dev, have the potential to produce something great- fucking go for it!! I promise you'll become iconic in the adult media space. And then you'll see the money fall on your lap. But you need to build trust first!

And again, I might be asking a lot. But that is just the unfortunate upfront cost of developing something great. After that, if you start a new project, you'll get so much support well before you completed the alpha build. But you have to take the first one (or whatever number you're currently at) to completion.

Tldr: I'm mad I can't beat off to this as much as I would like to.

damn I was actually lookin forward to this game I was even in their discord and stuff and welp its finished

Dev has deleted the discord, twitter, patreon etc.

Its over.

Making a game can probably be very difficult and time consuming and for a seemingly first time project this was too ambitious with the multiple protagonists and everything.

But Eventure clearly had a talent for making renders.
If making a game was too difficult and ambitious for them, I don't understand why they didn't just scrap the game and try making money by creating pinups instead like a lot of other people are doing.
Pinups might not have been as great as a full fledged game, but with how high quality Eventure's renders were, I'm sure there still would have been a lot of people who would have supported them and they still could have probably made some decent money.

I do hope they're still using their talent for 3D modelling and rendering for something, even if it's not porn or Teen Titans or Eventure related. It would be such a waste of talent not to do so.

Really appreciate seeing posts like this. I may be coming back some time soon.

Deleting all of my socials was definitely an over reaction, but I knew I needed to step back and I didn't want to keep leading people on. However, I'd be kidding myself to think I'll ever not have an itch to work on projects like this. And recently my life has taken a turn into a place where making adult content like this is way more acceptable and enjoyable for me. I'll have to cook up a few Raven pinups soon, her model has improved quite a bit since I last uploaded anything of her (As well as Starfire/Blackfire).

Maybe I could get a new discord server going with fresh outfit voting? There has been so much new incredible clothing to use for Daz models released this year and it's inspiring so many ideas.

I still have all my assets. The game itself now has QOL features implemented that may be overkill for an adult VN, but that means a lot of the gritty stuff is done and I just need to write the fucking game.

I understand I probably have some well deserved hate at this point, but all I can do now is move forward.
