Generally if someone was voluntarily transitioning it would be much more niche than forced fem I think. This is not to belittle people who (in real life) desire to transition, just that a) I think you'd be hard pressed to find a game author who would deal with the topic in a mature manner and b) I think it would be an extremely limited audience who would be interested in it.

Probably a lot harder to write, at least if you want to make it believable.

Plus there doesn't seem any benefit to all the extra work. From what I can tell there's basically two groups of people that make up the target audience. The first one is just in it for the naughty stuff and doesn't actually care about the why and how. The second group wants to roleplay as a submissive female and being forced into the process and all the degrading sex that inevitably follows is exactly why they play the game.

Much easier to write an unwilling protagonist who's eventually either broken into liking it or discovering that deep down it's what they want than to write a protagonist who just wants it.

Conflict makes for compelling writing. A hedonistic screed is much harder to sit through.

Are your sure? Many of the ones that go past on the new games tab are romance and dating sims etc. If you were searching you will not find them as easily because 'feminization' isn't a tag? Only 'Sissification' which is a humiliation kink isn't it?

Maybe look the the trap or transformation tags? There is also a website of games dedicated to that theme sure you could find one there (TF games). Consent is very important to patreon, so pretty sure any game that is on there wouldn't be forced as it would get blasted off that site.
