One special character could be MC's girlfriend [ntr if players want that by placing her near male characters]
some enemies turn sexual characters [the succubus] depending on what they want could be animals, park could have dogs with horses with farm area.
Some special hidden areas a strip club, bath house, brothel, park bathroom, ect with some items having special actions you place specific characters near them, stripper pole action on female characters, park bathroom gloryhole. Ect
