Quick little question: do I have permission to create a game with images for the sex scenes of an artist like Alexander Dihn since there are already his creations on the site like here : https://f95zone.to/threads/alexanderdinh-collection-2020-08-05-alexander-dinh.26536/
Just for the sake of making a game with a fun story with beautiful visuals. And share the result here. And without trying to make money or whatever.

If you just do it for fun, without setting a Patreon/Subscribestar account, even if he finds it I think he can't do anything about it. At most he'll report the thread here and where your game gets posted and each site will decide if the thread should be deleted or not.

If you do set a Patreon/Subscribestar and he reports it saying that those are his images/art, pretty sure it'll be taken down.

In any case, most people don't like games with stolen art.
