Farmers Dreams and Twins of the Pasture. I think you can farm in Life is Paradise, and Tales of Boinboin/Mega Milk Story (not allowed here) is about raising a cow girl.

Edit - The Mega Milk Story thread is still here, just had trouble finding it before for some reason (but it is removed from Steam).

there's some farming in Peasant's Quest. also try Cloud Meadow (i haven't played it though) and this one. and Life is Paradise(linked in previous post) does have farming, the game is kind of a life simulator.
