A game request wether it be on a exsiting game title, or a shout out to developers for an idea one of the many players who grab games on this site is still a game request, if the latter isn't allowed on the game request section then make a section for such requests

So you want a section where people can just post random ideas they had during toilet time?
There are a bunch of them already here in General Discussions or Off-Topic. Thats where they are being posted.

also nobody, and I mean not one person, who makes games needs new ideas. ever. we all already have hundreds of them and you literally get one or two more every day when you work on your game. nobody ever needed an 'ideas guy'.


if you wanna see your idea becoming real, start making your own game. or, write it into a story which is 1000X easier. that's how everybody else started as well.
