I would like to know is it possible for a newbie who has zero knowledge about coding as well as animation can make these kind of games ? if yes then what kind of things he needs to learn

Renpy is really simple to use at a basic level.
AI art is also easy to make.
RPGM is also a possibility if you use the base sprites/tilesets as Ai can't make those.
Chances are that you can make a game, but it won't be a good one unless you "git gud".
You have to be more specific on the type of game you want to make. Post a reference or something.

Two ways to create pictures, you create your characters, move and pose them and then take a screenshot and there is your picture.

Yes. That's what I did. Just need to learn Daz, Honey Select, or Koikatsu (those are the big three). For the game itself, you've got Renpy or RPGM depending on what kind of game you want to make.
Is it "hard"? is a difficult question. One thing it always is, is time consuming.
I would like to make game like Devoted wife the tyrant, treasure of nadia (its a big game i know) or like timestamps Unconditional love

I could only really give advice on Koikatsu and RPGM, but I started with some youtube tutorials and figured it out from there.

Gb studio is a really fun and easy place to start (you can make games that can technically be played on a gameboy)
with a litle bit of effort you can make somthing really unique looking.
