I don't recall saying that lol. If I did at some point I meant it as speculation.
In 8.2 we find out that the plan all along between Cole and Callista was for Kane to be raised with Callista away from the Karlsson Group. No mention of Nadia, which strongly suggests that Kane would be raised by Callista, and that Cynthia would raise Nadia. This seems to be the plan they developed well before Callista ever got caught and was forced to take Olivia with her.
Nadia refers to Cynthia her mother:
-> Obviously not true as Cole and Cynthia are siblings.
-> Very strongly suggests that she was not raised by her actual mother.
I think regardless if Callista is Nadia's biological mother, Cole would definitely want her to raise his daughter, not Cynthia. The ONLY reason they didn't do this is because of safety concerns (aka Alexander catching them, which he did).
I once had a similar assumption, but the fact is that the “bomb” planted in Kane's body can kill him instantly, whereas the deadly genetic disease that Alexander infected Astrid with and that Seth suffers from is not capable of doing so.
Therefore, it is probably some kind of chip or nano-bot (?) in his body that is controlled remotely. And something tells me that this is hardly a "usual shock chip", similar to those implanted in the bodies of workers/miners/servants of the Karlssons. (imo)

I'm going to keep this shorter and sweeter because I'm getting into the mode where I will be less talkative and focused on finishing up.
My wedding stuff is like a tidal wave building up too, so it is getting trickier to balance more and more stuff but I am managing ok. It's not too hard to do that when you're so excited!
My energy is much better now, but people around me are still reminding me a lot topace myself with time and what I eat, etc.
Bottom line, I did about 122 renders last week and we're up to 3,542 renders total. I am about 1.5 scenes left from the end of content creation in how I am planning.
I listed last week my long checklist so no need to do that again. But I hope to finish the sub scene this week and shift to the last big dom scene set for the Test Version. If I get to a content complete portion, then editing. I'm working hard and trying my best to get this out on some level soon. I'll keep at it and I apologize if I am less chatty on Discord or responding to messages. I'm kind of getting into that mode especially starting this week even more.
I tweaked another sub scene (last few pics) and added a couple of fixed/tweaks and even a few animations. I've also started reviewing some renders already when getting a bit tired from writing but wanting to jump to another task (this can happen sometimes obviously).
I am also reviewing at the same time a gallery function for the game down the road. It currently has 158 scenes in "boxes" you can click/unlock to show scene from different paths, etc. Still some work to do here too, but I am seeing the big picture now. Beyond that, a bios function of some kind, but this is not my focus right now.
I'm working hard to finish everything! I really appreciate a few people that have stepped up to help me test a few things such as the gallery function and a few language editions (especially the Chinese, it's tough!) of the game for later. I am reaching out soon after the "content complete" stage to have people start testing a bit earlier while I am still editing renders (people can still edit/comment on bigger problems than just crappy renders/images for fixes). If I assume 3800 renders or so and a 2 percent change rate, I'll maybe have to tweak about 75-80 renders or so. I usually redo them and re-render, etc.
Minor side note: been trying to figure out how to bring some Genesis 9 hairs nicely into my current models which are mostly Genesis 8 (older). For KG, the only Gen 9 models are Cole and Charlotte. Most are Gen 8, while a few are older and Gen 3 (Phoebe, Claudia, Celeste are older G3 models). But some of the G9 hairs are so amazing and I want to try and use some of them in alternative looks for future plans.
(One below here is a G9 model with two G9 hairs connected, I have "hid" a few pieces of one of the hairs so it's a custom hair overall roughly put together, a good example of this for a character is Olivia, who has pieces of different faces/bodies, and her hair is altered from Dominique's hair).
Ok, more soon! I am maximizing time on many different fronts so trying not to ramble and waste time! But I'm working hard, thanks all and have a great week!
You claimed that this bomb is nothing more than a deadly disease in Kane's body, exactly the same as the one Alexander infected Astrid with and which Seth is suffering from. I replied that this bomb cannot be that disease, because, as the game itself has already proven, the disease does not kill instantly and, moreover, there are now even ways to completely cure it.
At least, Veronica and Astrid are actively working on it. I gave you evidence from the original source, which clearly states that the bomb inside Kane kills instantly. So it's definitely not the disease you're writing about.
What exactly this bomb is is another question, but it's definitely not a "Astrid`s disease". BTW, еven cancer doesn't kill instantly. So there aren't that many options left, among which, for obvious reasons, the first thing that comes to mind is a hi-tech electronic chip or some other complex technical microdevice that, when activated, can instantly kill its carrier.
Even the most primitive chips implanted in the bodies of workers, miners, and servants of the Karlssons and Deckoks can kill almost instantly. (Just remember the scene where Cynthia killed her clumsy servant by giving a command to the chip).
So I don't see anything far-fetched here. Also, It cannot be ruled out that this alleged chip (or the same nano-bot) in Kane's body could be even more deadly and technically complex, such that Veronica or Nadia would not be able to easily hack it, and its removal (or complete deactivation) could prove to be a challenging task even for V.
KG is a Science Fiction dystopia ...
Early in the VN when mc is tested for K4-K6, there is a scene where Pat explains voice-activated implants which can inflict pain in any part of the body :
"One last thing for you worms. As part of your new initiation into this program, you no longer have need for shock collars like you did here."
"As you all know now from your recent physicals, each of you have been injected with special chips that can administer pain in many different ways."
"This is to ensure that you don't get any funny ideas about your lowly status in the grand scheme of The Karlsson Group."
"Any disobedience or poor performance in the program could lead to severe...pain, so I would suggest being good little worms."
...
"I can also tell you that K10s actually have their chips deactiviated, so there is always that possibility someday. I even know that one person went way beyond K10."
"Anyway, these chips can be activated to inflict pain by specific superiors that are authorized by voice to do so. The overall manager of your training program will determine all of these details."
There is another scene later when Juliette gifts a captured Daniel to Olivia and evil Olivia has the option to have him killed.
sis "Juliette, I think he needs the ultimate punishment. I want him killed."
dan "What?? [pname3], you can't be serious! Oh my God...please please!!!!"
play seven "music/death1.mp3" fadein 2
dan "Wait, don't!!!"
j "I'll make it very quick since it's your first time [pname3]...Daniel, Killswitch Karlsson 555."
dan "Arrgggh! uck......."
"I can also tell you that K10s actually have their chips deactiviated, so there is always that possibility someday. I even know that one person went way beyond K10."
I have issue with this line because Tess recently said that chips can be removed only when you reach Z level.
So, either Tess written this out of ignorance or she changed her plans like always.

Patricia :

This is a direct quote from the script.rpy line 5145 for Season 1 E7b. (You can use unren to get the rpy files.)
There is always the option that Patricia does not have the full picture or directly lies to mc and the other candidates.
On the other side the scene with Juliette killing Daniel by activating the killswitch is direct prove of the deadly implants.

I agree that it would not be the disease, after seeing another post replying to me. I remember those conversations with Pat and Jul.
You never gave evidence of a bomb You gave evidence by Tess saying anyone can be killed instantly with voice activation. So, being future distopian fiction, I could accept the theory that there's some kind of self powered chip that can release enough voltage to kill by voice activation.
I'm not going to write an essay arguing this, so cool your jets.

Rule out how? Wasn't it you that originally suggested a bomb? Be specific, or I'm exiting this conversation, lol.
Seems I'm baited by trolls. Pip pip, Cheerio, Cucky munch
