This is not to start a whole thing here, just feel the need to answer you since I don't want to come off as just attacking you for no reason. There is a double standard, I agree on that. I think its just angles and perspectives, etc. If we go back to like beginning of the game, you can see her size is season 2 size. So if anything I think season 1 last episode would be outlier, but I still think it might be just angles and how close we are zoomed in, etc. So could be a bit overblown.

"You need to keep moving up the ranks."
That's contradictory : downgrading to a fixed rank while demanding to rise in ranks
Isn't a secret slave the more valuable the higher his rank is?

Oof, this has been discussed a million times at this point.
But basically the logic is that behind the scenes, a Kane with a secretly submissive side would be noticeably less assertive than a truly domineering Kane behind the scenes. Because of this, he wouldn't/shouldn't have made it past k7.
The problem however, is that Tess screwed up and mistakenly let Kane get a higher rank than k7 even on the SS path. Rather than go back to fix the mistake (and thereby screw everyone's saves) she added this.
Perhaps the Steam release will fix some of these problems... We'll see.
I think I would have implemented Secret Sub simply as a secret attribute for Kane which triggers those bonus events with Alessandra and may overwrite some standard events. No need to mess with ranks ...
If variety of Kane's locations for different ranks is a problem, Kane could visit her at her place so that the location is well defined without too much effort.

Tess could do what you said, but she doesn't want it to be possible for a secretly sub Kane to be as highly ranked as a truly domineering Kane. In Tess's mind, a secretly submissive Kane is NOT as capable as a truly domineering Kane. Even if the Karlsson Group doesn't know about his secretly submissive side, they still know he's not as assertive as they would like him to be (like a truly domineering Kane would be).
A secretly submissive Kane would never have made it past k7 at this point in time.
A truly domineering Kane is more capable and would make it to k9.

Problem with KG is that it used the dom and sub variables only at the start in the prison. Getting K6 depended more on social skills like selecting the correct answers for Elena, Pat and Sam to get pushed through the evaluation.
Since then it's a mixture of social skills (eg Olivia) and selecting the correct answers to ace the tests to climb up the ladder. It's completely independent from the dom and sub values. They are no longer evaluated.
If for example there would be a limited number of points (eg 10 points total, not each) the player can place in dom and sub category and Kane would need a certain amount of sub points (eg min 4 sub points) to start the Secret Sub path, then this secret sub Kane would have less dom points (max 6) compared to a true dom Kane (eg 10 dom points) which could limit the subs options with other characters and how to solve certain tests ... but only if the game would evaluate dom and sub points.
After joining the secret sub path my character had no problems to fuck Dominique, the doctor and her assistant, etc. since a lot of events do not change ...
Current design with the subK7 rank is not optimal and feels forced.
But it's only one path and I mostly play it to see what type of content is there. So far it is not my kink. I am more the good dom player.

I think the secret sub path has a lot of issues in general. Not really sure where her head is at when it comes to the secretsub path... I'm guessing it's nowhere near as popular as dom or sub path though so it's not a huge priority.
As for your points system (with dom/sub points blocking out certain options) I think that's pretty common in most AVNs and it would be cool in KG as well. Not sure why Tess had no interest in doing it like that. Err, maybe it will happen later?
