I tried to get into this game but I just can't... feels to grindy for a porn game tbh, the art is glorious but gameplay wise is boring, if this game would've been like Meltys Quest it could be so much better.

So it's of multinational origin. Interesting, that explains a lot. And yes, the writing style is very Japanese. That's why I figured it must be a translation and the reason it's so cringe. Actually hearing a woman voice act this kind of dialog is way more jarring than reading it. I'm glad it's not an over budgeted translation though, makes its existence less absurd.

It might not be the cup of your tea. So... move on?... I mean please?... Luckily, I'm not a English native speaker so it's not cringe at all for me. The Japanese dialouge is kinda good in it's genre. It's like playing Taimanin games but actually a game and less degeneracy.

It's one of the game mechanic which you would learn from a cat in NG+ but even the cat warn you don't listen to it if you want to learn it yourself so I will put this in the spoiler.

Based on my experience playing the game multiple times, you should stay on the level as long as your can. Get all the edicts that can give you money.

Also when the control is going in the negatives (when you stay in the floor too long) you can keep staying in that floor so long as you have excess order.

When the control is huge in the negatives that's when you move on.

I hope I convey my meaning well.

There is no Deadline. But every new Day, you get a Report. There it is noted, that after x amount of Days, Control will start to decrease from unrest. That is basically telling you, should finish the current Floor, in that amount of time.

When you wake up the game will tell you how many day until the anarchy. After that point the control will be lower significantly. This will reset (or something like that) after you subjugate a level. So the optimum play is you want to stay on a level as long as possible to develop edict and earn incomes. This would matter less on lower difficulty but really crucial on Prisoner mode.
