sadly it seems nobody is willing to search for anything in this thread, thats why it is so long. heck most people wont read a post above them to see that what they are asking has been asked and answered. there must be 50 posts in the last 20 pages asking why the cc mod doesn't work, or how to get edicts. it is very sad to see this happening, but it is happening more and more these days.

I was breezing through the game while doing a pure run, but after I turned her into a slut it got a lot harder.
I'm at warden lvl 40/slut lvl 152 on lvl 4, haven't tried the boss yet.
Why do some enemies run away after cumming once but some takes 2 or more times?

linkDoing well in sex combat is based on dex and level of sex skills. If you only recently started gaining sex-attack passives, then you won't be as good as your combat stats yet (you probably have high strength over dex as a fighter).
Some enemies can just go more times (usually if they have some lust left over from cumming), which I believe was mentioned in the game's tutorial section?

Enemies on later levels especially the big ones generally won't be satisfied with cumming once. As for fast orgasms, try buying accessories that reduce desire gain rates. There is also a ring "Gold Glass" that reduces pleasure gain by 30% I think. Buy these accessories and equip them. Then use willpower skills to control the flow of battle, for example suppress pussy and butt desires and keep them low so they won't touch you there(because getting petted/touched also increases pleasure) and go for blowjob, handjob and titjobs.
You also don't want to let them bukkake you. Because bukkake also gives you pleasure. You should only let them cum on floor or inside. If you only let them cum on floor you won't gain pleasure from their orgasm. If you let them cum inside you will gain pleasure but there is a passive you get after a while that recovers your energy based on cum amount.
You get deny/allow "internal ejeculation" and "external ejaculation" skills if you make them cum on floor a few times(don't know exact number). You can force them to cum on floor instead of you by keeping cock desire low(<35 I think).
Additionally I recommend buying Resist Orgasm skill as soon as possible. It is unlocked after buying Mind Training IV. Because cumming while fucked/bukkaked too many times unlocks some bad passives like increasing pleasure gain after orgasm etc.

I mean he said that was the original plan but floor 5 and after feels more disappointing because as you said it felts rushed.
There's definitely a void left towards the end which makes me question if things really went as planned.
Also when it comes to slow corruption this game has a lot to be desired especially when it comes to Karryn's reactions scores as most of the progression to slut seems to be skipped towards super slut instantly.

RNG, in a sense. Skills mostly come from passives, you need to subject Karryn to more than a few, for example, handjobs to earn the passive that unlocks the ability for Karryn to initiate a handjob without praying to the inmate RNG. Slut levels contribute nothing to skill acquisition.
"Extra actions when knocked down" would be...well - getting knocked down some more. Passives are also random in the sense that some of them are "do X action Y number of times" whilst others are "do X action Y number of times with different partners", i.e. some can be grinded in one battle using the same enemy whilst others require different enemies for it to count.
The only "extra action" specifically related to being knocked down is "Fallen Rest", though, which lets Karryn regain some stamina without getting up. Not much to gain from that specific passive.
