Like when I boot up the game the Load Game option is greyed out like i never played it at all even though the saves are still there in the folder
Are you keeping two different versions of the game? If so, saves from one will not be available on another unless you manually copy it.

Try moving the save folder someplace else. Then run the game and save to the save slots of the old files. Now copy the old save files over the dummy save files you just created. Don't copy the global or config files, I suspect they're corrupt.

Anybody knows what to do when a save file I have is no longer recognized in the save folder? Not running any mods at all
You probably only copied the "fileXX.rpgsave".
You need to make sure to copy "global.rpgsave" as well since it lets the game know which slots you've saved to.
You also need to copy "config.rpgsave" to keep your settings.

It's better to just copy the entire save folder when transferring the saves to an updated game.

If you no longer have the original "global.rpgsave", follow these steps:-
Try moving the save folder someplace else. Then run the game and save to the save slots of the old files. Now copy the old save files over the dummy save files you just created....

My 2 cents on the whole new vs old art discussion that keeps cropping up:

While I prefer the new art overall, I still really like the old art. With that being the case, I just think it's ridiculous that there isn't a toggle that lets you choose which style you want. Even if you don't get all of the new expressions they've been adding due to the artstyle changes, there should be a setting that lets you jump between the two.

The only time I think raw taking away an option is okay in any kind of game is if it breaks the balancing and they can't find a way to fix it the way they'd like.

What are needs to be done for 'Guards 24/7 Maid' and 'Gym Bitch' titles?
For the guard title. Have karryn fuck atleast one guard in the bar, bathroom and stripper minigame as well as getting the defeat scene for her main office all in the same day. To do this you need high guard aggresion which increases when you fight guards outside her office or enacting certain edicts. This one takes a while and it's best to do this when you're in happy ending and not a normal playthrough.

Gym bitch you get by blueballing prisoners in the gym minigame. You do this by increasing their pleasure and not letting them cum. Easier said than done but best way to do this is to get the mind skill that prevents that or by only using the kissing sex skill. If their pleasure is at max just leave them and move to someone else. It doesn't always blueball them so it'll take a few tries.

As much as I'd prefer old face, choosing to support both art styles would be really poor decision.

It would unnecessarily increase complexity of the code, increase development time, increase time of fixing future problems or adding new features, and add new bugs (since code became more complex). Furthermore, it would be either extremely hard or impossible to make cimpatibility code that adapt old layering to new without redrawing old layers. And if you want to redraw them, artist workload would also increase.

For me it would be way more rediculous if they have actually decided to implement that toggle with the team of two people. Let's go, +1 year ETA!

Yes, you have to download new version everytime if you want to play newest version of the game. If you don't want to do this buy the game on steam, it will update your game and you won't have to download it again when an update is released.

new version dont detect my previous version save file

I like this game, but I really miss the old mods. I’m going through it for the first time, but the whole build is built on corruption and damage + I maxed out intelligence with charm. I installed it before, but somehow it lay in a long drawer. And then I came across it for the joiplay collection and I immediately decided to push mods there) “The plan is as reliable as a Swiss watch,” I think I’ll still be able to pass it with such an unbalanced build:whistle:
