It is underdeveloped, and many posters here agree that the Masochist path was what the dev intended. His game his rules.
For what it's worth, with cheats, I can kinda get a semi-acceptable sadist path.

Now that the game is finally (almost) officially done, here's my current wish-list for our dear modding saints:
-Pregnancy (I know this already exists, but I still want a patch for the final version)
>Bonus: Incest (Karryn's offspring growing up to become guards or inmates. Doesn't seem like it would take too much work to implement, as it's just roleplay anyway, but it probably requires some lore explanation for their rapid growth, and some way of telling which ones are your offspring in-battle)
-Futanari (Both inmates and Karryn. Requires some artistic talent)
-More enemy variety (Also requires some artistic talent)
It's not a long list, but these are the ones I would've paid money for.

So, I asked myself if it was worth playing the game in its current state after waiting for so long. I used the handy dandy search bar to see what was added in the previous DLC.
Oh, then maybe I should play it while there's only the smaller boobs option-
Ah, goddamnit. Waiting it is!
The sex is directly tied into the combat system. You can't really have a "gallery" because there are no concrete "scenes" or "CGs".

I don't think corruption theme plays well with sadism, that's probably why sadism isn't as good as masochism in this game.

What are the different build types and how to use it properly to enjoy the game much more instead of just slut build. Any help will be appreciated

I enjoy the game best when I don't think about builds. Besides, there is not much you can do to control your build. Game gives experience for basically everything you do and sooner or later those experiences are going to cause a stat that you don't want increase to increase. So my advice is just stop thinking about builds and do whatever you want to do, game is heavily rigged anyway

Thanks, I too have been playing the game with my own understanding and played multiple games. But after some time (high slut level) all the dialogue seems same. I don't know how to replay the game again with different dialogues and all. Thanks in advance

Man, just adding basic rock paper scissors resistances makes the combat alot more engaging. I'm sick of basic bitch RPGM combat. Yes i'm analyzing the combat of a porn game, no i'm not autistic.
Is there any way to start the game:
1) on max hardcore difficulty
2) + pure sex stats
3) + free game (without Game Over timer)
Because I still can't beat Max Hardcore Difficulty by warrior path + pure, looks likes it's impossible for me...(
I can win the game only by slut path on the Max Difficulty to get to Free Play Mode without Timer
but I wanna to get Free Play in Pure Sex Stats on Max Hardcore Difficulty

I'm curious about how people enjoy this game, more specifically from which point of view people play it from. Seeing as you're playing as a hot, busty lady who gets gradually harassed and violated by a variety of gross and debauched males, it's interesting to me how this game is so popular with men, who I assume are straight.
Are you projecting onto Karryn while playing? Is this projection skin-deep and fleeting, or do you imagine yourself as her while she is subjected to everything? Is the fantasy "this is what I would do if I had the body of a big-titted sow" or something similar? Or is it closer to wish fulfillment? Like you really want to be Karryn. I guess I'm wondering why not play any number of games where you act as a male on the opposite end of a 'Karryn' - where the POV is unambiguously male instead of largely female.
Are you enjoying it mainly from a third-person view? Where you make decisions for Karryn, and enjoy the scenes from afar. I assume for this one the main kind of enjoyment is to passively watch a beautiful woman gradually become humiliated and corrupted. If it is from a third person view, I wonder if you have any preferences as to which men she should do sexual activities with - goblins, hobos, etc, and why.
Is the third person view an omniscient one, or do you imagine yourself as physically there - like a cuck view where Karryn is flattering inmate after inmate, but not yourself.
If it's neither a first person or omniscient third person view, do you project onto the inmates? Either constantly or temporarily imagining yourself in some thug or goblin's place as he dumps his load on her huge boobs?

So have you ever watched a porn video? Okay so you know how when you watch a porn video you arent the person fucking or being fucked. Its the same but interactive. Im not Karryn and I sure as hell aint the prisoner either but watching some bimbo get ran through in the scenarios I the player gets to choose is the appeal.
Although to the later question the most erotic part of her development isnt the beginning or the end. Its right in the middle. That sweet spot where shes starting to reluctantly accept all the advances.
I like to keep her on the fighting warden side, she might have ended in a den of depraved men, she's still on a mission for her beloved emperor. also, it happens frequently that one of the NPC get the same name as me, so there's a bit of self insert sometimes, my alter ego get a piece of that behind (not the front tho, that's still reserved to emps and it's too easy to make her go down full slut).
