in magical lala land, succubus have fuckin obliterated magicians, forcing them into hiding
in ur 1st fight against noo, u die, and Vaila turns you into a magical mix of succubus and magician (but like a really shit succubus)
Vaila tells u that u are meant to defeat succubus, take their essence, and add it to ur power
that's essentially all it is up on the magical lala land world
some key parts of that are the fact that Vhidna has her hands on fuckin' everything, appearing everywhere
Noo has her own secret plans but like who doesn't? oh and someone summoned her at the start of the game, it wasn't you
Bonnie is maybe also a mix of succubus & magician and tries to free you from Vaila (by just getting her own influence on you instead)
There's also like a fuckin' alter-ego in your head competing for control over you against Bonnie, Khadja (we dunno where she's come from iirc)
And Enna (the last person u fight I THINK), is the mother of Dominic
now back to the normal world front, the school is a front for that "child of niht" shit, where they're kidnapping students who are "Demis", and trying to force them to undergo a transformation into Nihtlings or whatever they're called, like that girl you meet in the sewers with Alex (soz I legit don't remember her name)
regarding the teachers, it seems like some of them are actively part of this cult, (think every teacher with red eyes), some are against it (like the councillor), and some are just fuckin placated and passive
some students like Tracy, Walter, Trent(?), Beatrice are sorta like secret police for the teachers, who are serving under the principal, who are part of the cult.
it looks like also, that the Principal is gonna undergo some sort of transformation or ritual, cuz she got all those needles in her and shit

- you are defeating succubuses to get their "essence", to get to use their powers, to help Vaila fight back against Succubi
- multiple forces tryna take over your mind (Bonnie, Khadja, maybe Vaila, idek)
- the school is a front for a cult that kidnaps students to be turned into Nihtlings or just sacrificed straight up
- still no macky update when she should've had facesitting scenes + fart + toilet + all of that stuff FROM DAY 1!!!!! LOOK AT HER ASS!!!! IT'S 3X THE SIZE OF DILAN!!!

If I understood the plot correctly, Niht is not a race; she's more like an ancient, evil goddess of chaos who was defeated long ago by Magentia (the good goddess), but there's remanants of Niht's essence in many demis for some reason.
The School is trying to feed any demis with traces of Niht to other demis who also have traces in some twisted type of Kodoku (Kodoku is an ancient Japanese poison curse superstition where you cram a bunch of poisonous insects in a jar until there's only one alive and the remaining one is supposed to be super poisonous). In order to create a "Katalyst of Niht", apparently if and when they go into a "rampage" (like the crazy girl in the tower), they cannibalize tons of other demis with Niht traces and that's when they may or may not become a "Katalyst of Niht". Now, it's conjecture from this point forward but it it looks like they haven't succeeded yet in creating a "Katalyst of Niht", since they just need one and they're still trying. I think if they go into a rampage and don't become a Katalyst, that's when guardians like Alex come in and stop them from further disturbing the proper functioning of the facilities. The term we see all throughout many notices posted in the facilities, "jamming", is probably a way to feed traces of Niht from failed subjects to the more tame candidates to try and give everyone a chance to awaken into a "rampage", and it also seems to double as a punishment for the employees of the facility who make important mistakes (they're probably demis with Niht traces themselves too, so 2 bird with 1 stone, this assumption I derive from Alex, who can't leave because the portals have anti-niht magic, so everyone working there is probably trapped in there and thus all the workers there are probably also Demis with Niht traces) .
So this is all to say that as far as I understood, Macky can't be a "Niht" because "Niht" is not a race, it's the final boss the school is trying to revive. The closest you can get in the current stage of the story is probably being a "demi" with a lot of "traces of Niht".

on a real note tho I remember she was apparently teaching class 3A (literal geniuses) last ingame year and is now demoted to class 1D (future f95 users), Dixie mentioned something about it
there's definitely some sorta hierarchy with the teachers at least. maybe macky made a vital mistake last year and let a student escape or some shit, we dunno. i've done a lot of random wandering around and gotten all sorts of easter eggs, but nothing going deep into macky. that being said, i've never really searched the teacher rooms, or even macky's room. haven't done her route in so fucking long cuz it takes forever and i need to use a guide to make sure i even do it right
i'd encourage u guys to have a little wander around at night especially, and not just regular Night but Late Night too after taking a half-nap. there's all sorts of things if ur nosy and try interact with everything. something to do during post-nut clarity

It's obvious there's something very weird about John, even ignoring the possibility that he's ridiculously strong. He is way too friendly to be real compared to the other characters. It's like he's faking the friendly clueless behavior with how basic it is. Also, he was the only one who wasn't killed by Noo (which everyone really seemed to gloss over) and is also obsessed with convincing Dominic to let him get involved with all that stuff.
