So I was finally able to reliably beat Vidhna, Noo and Ayleen. Not by crafting better gear or turning the difficulty down, but by de-levelling myself from lvl 23, back down to lvl 1, where they were doing significantly less damage to me. The scaling on bosses seems crazy.

Just got to Bonnie for the first time and holy shit is she easily the hottest character in the game! I know she uses ice magic but my character melts at the sight of her

Benny is located in the Tops casino in the middle of the New Vegas strip. You can't miss him, he's where the blackjack is.
Weird that you're asking about Fallout New Vegas here, but I'm not the one to judge.
You have to make a female character and pick the perk Black Widow to unlock his sex scene tho, must point this out aswell since we're in this site.

It'd be a hell of an understatement to say that this game was a pleasant surprise.
I think I've finished it as it is now, but there's still a handful of scenes that I haven't been able to get. Anyone know how to trigger these ones?

The assignment becomes an item in your inventory click on it then choose work at the library
Dont miss a single class for a week (starting from monday of course) don't do the assignments every day but do them when there is only one class a day (tuesday and thursday) do them in the afternoon and you should get the feet scene at the end of the weekdays

Think I can answer your questions as a guy who played this game way longer than he should
1.ayleen has a room north of his library and there, upstairs she has her underwear if you smell it you get that image
if you smell it 1-2 days in a row she notices and punishes you
2.just lose to mavlen or whatever she was called a bunch of times I think
3.just a seduction attack of Miki, triggers when you are horny (have those heart icons) and she shows her feet during fight
4.Noo becomes more serious and uses new moves after a while think after you get her badge back and that's one of the new seduction attacks
5.Not sure but you probably get it when you lose to Vhidna a bunch too

Because you know so much more than I do can you tell me where I can get these scenes outside of combat like ayleens panties or makeys shoes? And is there a way to get inside the room that is above maven and I read about a woman in the library but I can't find one

Ah, are you talking about their mindbreak sequences or whatever it's called? Then I think I might have actually seen those two already. In that case, do you know if there's any way to replay those scenes? I like those CGs a lot but I don't think they show up anywhere else. I thought this might be what the "lower mindbreak status" option is for when you go to sleep at the end of the day, but so far it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
Might have to just start a new game and make some saves right before losing to each succubus
