If you go to the northeast corner of the campus. Outside behind the girls dorm and along the wilderness wall. There is a girl sitting on a bench labeled as weird girl. And if you interact with her she says chair gang. And you have 4 options to respond. I think I responded chair gang back. And then she said something along the lines of "Oh yes you will be a chair soon enough." I wish it could happen sooner.

if you read the error it says: "Error: Failed to load: img/pictures/WIA_1.png" so its likely you're just missing files. I found it under img > pictures, you can try unpacking it in there if you'd like though honestly I'd just keep my save and redownload
