I did consider Valia, but I feel like she is on the list of characters that think of you as a tool. Not actively manipulative like Dominic but just using you to meet her ends.

If you ask me, Noo is ironically a better ally to Dilan than Valia, and she was the one who made it possible for Dilan to get turned into a Katalist in the first place.
I mainly refer to being cutesy with her when it comes to the dialogue choicees, doing so will actually soften her demeanor, she won't stop using you to regain her full power but at least she isn't lying about her motives and isn't afraid to tell Dilan about how he can use essences in ways not even Valia thought of.
Every time I read how she replies when you're submissive to her and act all cutesy and innocent with her, I can't help but imagine a cool aunt vibe with her, it's personally funny.

She definitly thinks low of Dilan, but she is an ally regardless

The issue with a "friends with Noo" kinda view is that she probably is the type to not actually have any loyalty and backstab those who stuck with her.
She is fine with you so long as you show yourself to not be a problem, unless you stay submissive to her for all time, you are bound to be a problem eventually
Although, since Noo most likely wants to make a move against the Queen, it might be possible to have a fairly long alliance with her, who knows tho

I think you're correct that she probably is the most "truthful" to MC, regardless of her information being outdated. I just think its pretty alarming how duplicitous 99% of the cast are and wanted to know if there was a deeper meaning behind it.

I suppose I will continue to assume that there is some greater force that has sworn everyone to secrecy but everyone is really out for themselves it seems.

in terms of allies i think we should remember that hum has 100 disposition to dilan, he also helps clean up the mess of energies either left by valias sloppy ritual, or bonnies tampering with our mind. hum is a character who i want to see more of since i think he might be the only real ally (other than john and maybe alex in the future) dilan really has.

Or maybe if they told MC the truth they would be put in danger by people stronger than them maybe?

It could just be the sad reality that everybody views the MC as a tool who doesn't need to know anything... (we already know that Dominic does...)

I hope we get the opportunity to call him out on his BS soon. Probably wouldn't mind him as much if he was honest about his motives but alas, he's a huge manipulator like everyone else.

But ass? Is it difficult to use this website while being blind? Do you not see the hips on that guy? Do you need me to bring up the panties scene? Should I maybe bring out the ruler to start measuring?
