So, this seems to be a bit of a niche kink.

But I'm looking for a game where the girl, be it wife or otherwise, is shared with other men, but her partner is the one driving it.

It's not really NTR, because most NTR situations are the usual Cuckold thing, which isn't really my bag. i.e. submissive man, etc.

I'm more looking where the sharing is done as a aspect of the male being dominant in the relationship and letting other men use his wife/gf/whatever. Like letting your buddy borrow your boat,

I'm a bit flexible on whether the woman is into it or merely being submissive.

Can go either way depending on your choices. There are plenty of times throughout the game when he's the one encouraging her and he's not afraid to fuck around either. It's a very equitable situation actually :)

I still had it installed, so I went through a bit of it real quick to make sure I was remembering it correctly.

And you're right, it is very equitable. In fact, it may even be what you could consider a Sex-positive example of what an open marriage could/should look like.

However, I'm looking for more of a dom-sub relationship.

I do like TAC, and think its well made and written, its just not quite the sort of thing I'm looking for.

Does it have to be a wife or gf? It seems like a prostitution dynamic where you whore out your slaves, but I can't really think of a case where it's with a wife or gf.

The game Adelaide Inn from NTRMAN may be something you like. In the game you basically whore out your wife in different ways and from what I have seen it's not the usual submissive cuckold thing. Some characters from the game are jerks but even then you can decide if you are going to let your wife sleep with them or no. There is the completed Adelaide Inn and there is the remake that is currently on development, I recommend you check out both.

Deliverance - perfectly describes what you're looking for. Game has a wife sharing path and the husband controls the sharing.

Exciting Games - fairly new game but it's promising already. Lots of potential for the couple to explore.

Because I love Her - slow updates but it has what you are looking for.

The Office Wife - husband also loves to share the wife, decent game, but choices are linear unfortunately.

Ruins of Luxoria - japanese RPGM if that's your thing. You start off single and during the game you woo the female love interest to be your girlfriend. After this you can choose to share her with the multiple men.
