Short answer: No. You can use a text generator for a (mediocre) story and images that with a lot of work look decent for that story but you'd still need to integrate both into Ren'Py yourself. I tried to use ChatGPT for a Ren'py script and it did not go well...

No, i don't think there is an AI that can just spew a full VN, at your command.
But i think you sure can assemble "a game" almost entirely using stuff provided by AI.
ChatGPT can probably write you some code for the game, maybe it will even work.
There's plenty of text to image AI generators, to generate you the images.
Pretty sure ChatGPT can generate you story and dialogues, can't say they will be of passing quality or consistency, but it can.
AI can also generate you some music, trough something like "Suno" or "Udio", idk.
Like, it's probably possible, the tools are there. go ahead and create the AI slop of your dreams or something.
