Identify Kinda Long List So You'll Want to Read the Message, Can't Remember the Comic

I'm looking for a 3d style comic about a woman who I believe is either a district attorney or prosecutor (but I could be wrong). There's a criminal she's trying to get and they have caught him but he's turned loose at his hearing. I'm fairly certain she bursts in during the hearing and makes a fool of herself. She then goes off and tries to find the guy but is knocked unconscious and there's some weird body modification stuff (I think primarily involving hormones or whatever, I'm not a doctor) that happens and they turn her free. She doesn't realize what has happened and goes to her father figure and I believe he tries to rape her (yeesh). I'm trying to remember more so there may be follow up comments.
