There is a (now old) game I remember playing, the only part of the title of which I can remember was "Kingdom" (which makes searching by title very difficult). The protagonist was a guy who just moved to a city and the intro involves walking around the center square and speaking to several of the possible heroines (there were a lot of girls to pick). Most of the H-scenes in relationships started during a giant storm on some prespecified day.
It had a RPG/Trainer mechanic where you picked jobs and those jobs would raise some stats, lower others, etc. with most of the girls being tied to one chain of professions (I remember one of the girls was the daughter of the blacksmith you work for).
