This game is very interesting. After some few runs I now understand the spell tree and system.
I think a voice for the character could be a good improvement. The voice line could be different with attack scream to gagged moaning and "orgasm" noises. Just an idea.
But very nice game and good job

Is there no game over state? After few runs the only reason I'm exiting if there are enough restraints put on my character that I'm not able to do anything.

Yeah no end game state, you restart when you feel that you should rather than the game telling you to. However be aware that to see all the game has to offer you'll need to "complete" an run or two as somethings only unlock/show up after you've done it once. (The first run is the hardest as you get progressively more powerful the more runs you get through and perks you get and etc)

PS I've updated the post as it seems the perk Second Wind is now removed as of 5.4.0 but defeating enemies instead of capturing (via willpower draining them and tying them up) restores willpower. (not mentioned as to specific values)
