You search different biomes for random results. about 8 years old. a bit like COC. a few fantasy races. magic. if i remember correctly, its rock paper scissors for combat. it was a free game.

No, earlier in my search I thought it might be the same creator, but could not find it.

Another person found it on tfgames. Its called clan inception. Try it if u like CoC.
